10yds Lateral Band Walks, 20 Band Jumping Jacks, 10 Band Pull apart (bands on wrists), 10 OH Reaches (band on wrists)

Strength/Skill:

1) BB Warm-up — Snatch
2) EMOM for 7min — Snatch + Hang Snatch
3) Snatch Balance + Paused OHS (2 count) 4 x 2+3
